Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise!!

How can that be possible?

You can eat 1000 calories in a matter of 15-30 minutes...
(plate of spaghetti (440 cal), some bread (200 cal), piece of chocolate cake(245 cal)).
Walking for an hour only burns 265 calories.
Jogging for 30 minutes (if you can actually jog that long) only burns about 275 calories.

So, you see, its easier and more effective to take care of your diet as opposed to exercising 3 hours a day!
Note: It is true that exercise raises metabolism but you are only talking about an additional 100 calories per day burned.
